Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Category Manager
specializing in IT for a remote position in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the procurement process for assigned categories, including
sourcing, supplier selection, and contract management
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal
stakeholders to align procurement needs
Analyze procurement data to identify trends and report on key
performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
In-depth procurement category knowledge (IT, Marketing, or
Corporate Services)
Minimum of 7 years of purchasing experience, including interaction
with purchasing and contract systems
Experience with Procure-to-Pay systems, preferably Coupa
Bachelor's degree required
Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPSM, CIPS,
C.P.M.)
