Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reservations Agent to join their
Guest Experience team.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize revenue opportunities by selling ancillary products and
services to enhance guest experience
Handle guest communications through various channels while adhering
to company policies and standards
Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction through timely
communication and follow-up
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including drug testing and
background screening
Must be computer savvy and adaptable to new systems
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced
environment
