Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow CIWF (CSM) Business
Process Consultant for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize ServiceNow knowledge to perform PSDS Applications and user
stories
Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders for
documentation and training
Support best practices within the CIWF and CSM frameworks
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Essential knowledge of CIS, CSM, and CIWF
CSA certification is required
BPC certification is essential
Ability to work independently and in the EST time zone
