Key Responsibilities
Define and implement talent management strategies aligned with
business goals
Lead the development of performance management and employee
development programs
Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and HR
partners to drive talent initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of experience in Human Resources focusing on talent
management and development
5+ years of proven leadership experience
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize in a
fast-paced environment
Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
