Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager
(B2B SaaS) to enhance client relationships and ensure successful
product implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and
long-term success
Provide training and support to clients during and after
onboarding, ensuring optimal product use
Collaborate with team members to recommend and implement
improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics
Strong technical skills with various software platforms
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Clinical background and/or licensed rehab therapist
Experience with EMR systems
