Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Strategic
Sourcing to develop and execute sourcing strategies and manage
vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet procurement
needs
Lead the sourcing process, including RFPs and RFQs, to evaluate
potential vendors
Monitor market trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams
to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or
a related field; Master's or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing,
procurement, or supply chain management
Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CSCMP are a
plus
Strong negotiation, contract drafting, and contract management
skills
Knowledge of market trends and best practices in strategic
sourcing
