Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regional Broker Contractor to manage
a team of licensed sales agents in California.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of licensed sales agents, ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements and best practices
Implement risk management plans and update state-specific policy
addendums
Provide training on contracts, risk management, licensing, and
state real estate law
Required Qualifications
Must be based and licensed in the state of California
Experience in managing sales teams in the real estate industry
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and NAR best practices
Ability to utilize digital technology for communication and
collaboration
Strong understanding of brokerage operations and risk
management
