Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits & Absence Analyst to
administer and communicate benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and improve benefit administration processes
Oversee vendor management and conduct market analysis
Support employees with benefits and leave inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in benefits administration or a
similar HR role
In-depth understanding of employee benefits and regulations
governing leaves of absence
Proficiency in HRIS systems, ideally Workday
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and
manage multiple tasks
