Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Navigator with Spanish language
skills for a remote, part-time position.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for caregivers, families, and seniors
with dementia
Support caregivers and families to enhance quality of life and
safety in the home
Develop personalized care plans and connect clients to community
resources
Required Qualifications
College degree, preferably in social work or psychology
Comfortable with technology and virtual work
Fluent in English and Spanish
Experience in building rapport with patients and families
Able to manage difficult interactions with empathy and
professionalism
