Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Event Coordinator to
support event logistics and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for conferences, trade shows, and other
events
Manage scheduling, vendor coordination, and booth logistics
Collaborate with internal teams to secure necessary approvals for
event materials
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in event coordination or related roles
Strong project management skills to handle multiple events
simultaneously
Experience coordinating with vendors and show producers
Salesforce experience is a plus
Familiarity with trade shows and corporate events preferred
