Senior Accreditation Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Accreditation Specialist-2 to oversee accreditation standards and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate accreditation oversight and survey readiness activities
Conduct file reviews, identify gaps, and communicate results
Develop and maintain accreditation readiness schedules and training materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in accreditation, quality improvement, HEDIS, and/or NCQA
Experience with quality management and health plan accreditation
CPHQ certification preferred; licensed healthcare professional preferred
