Job Description:
Position Summary:
Responsible for the efficient operation and primary maintenance of
the machine in which they are assigned. Machines which require
operators include but are not limited to: edgebander, beam
saw/horizontal panel saw, dowel inserter, hinge inserter, CNC
router and v-groover. Machine operators should be meticulous by
nature, able to multi-task and have the ability to foresee issues
and provide solutions before they happen.

- Average of 50 hours per week and weekends may be required.
Ability to work overtime. Start time 6:00 am; finish time 4:00 pm
(subject to change based on job need).Required education and
experience:

- High School Degree or GED - - - -
- Minimum of one year's employment with Adams Group in the
manufacturing setting or verifiable equivalent experience with
another millwork company - - - -
- Mechanically inclined - - - -
- Knowledge of calipers - - - -
- Basic hand tool knowledge and experience - - - -
- Must be able to read, interpret, and fully understand
blueprints, drawings and cut lists - - - -
- Understands the cabinet design to install hardware - - - -
- Strong ability to be self-motivated to ensure all work is
completed quickly and timely - - - -
- High attention to detail - - - -
- Ability to work at a fast paceEssential functions:
