A company is looking for a Director of Software Engineering, AI
and Data Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI and data
technologies
Establish scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade platforms for
analytics and machine learning
Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team while fostering
collaboration and innovation
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in software engineering, data platforms, or
related fields, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale platforms for
analytics and AI
Strong technical background in data architecture and cloud
platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with AI-specific infrastructure and machine learning
frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Knowledge of distributed computing and DevOps practices for data
pipelines
