Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support employee
performance and HR practices across various business units.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR support and assist HR Business Partners
Manage headcount and base pay budget tracking for assigned business
units
Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate
actions
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; HS diploma required
3-4 years of proven experience in a similar HR role
Strong experience in Employee Relations
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Prior experience with an HRIS system
