Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Quality Manager to oversee
quality strategies and improvements in AI data processes.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and manage a scalable quality strategy for monitoring
decision accuracy and user experience
Lead a diverse team to drive accountability and meet quality
performance goals across various workflows
Collaborate with internal teams to manage quality improvement
programs and develop key metrics for performance reporting
Required Qualifications
2 to 5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Minimum of 2 years in Information/Business Systems
5+ years in quality management with knowledge of risk
management
2+ years in a senior management role in a metrics-driven
environment
Experience managing larger scale customer engagements and
client-facing roles
