Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Reports and Dashboard Lead to
develop and maintain reporting solutions within Workday.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports and
dashboards
Analyze, design, and build new custom reports based on business
requirements
Translate reporting insights into presentations for Business
Partners and Leadership Teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in reports
management
Workday experience or training required; 2+ years preferred
2+ years of experience with HR/Finance applications and report
development tools
Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing, including advanced
Report Writer and Calculated Fields
Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems and report
design
