focus to the business.SummaryThis position will be responsible for
handling all the data entry of legal descriptions for mortgages
into the system by comparing what is downloaded from the client, to
scanned images or from physical files, of the actual mortgage and
making necessary changes.Essential Functions
- Ability to enter information correctly into the database per
the county requirements.
- Match the legal document to county format requirements, with
minimum errors.
- Ability to correctly route files.
- Handle any corrections needed on entered files.
- Identify and work exception/problem files based on standard or
procedural handling.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.Essential Knowledge,
Skills, & Abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven
environment.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Must become advanced Data Entry trained.
- Commitment and ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive
work environment.Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience
- 2 years prior experience in financial, title, mortgage
industry, preferred.
- Experience operating office equipment such as computers,
copiers, fax machines.Compensation

- Compensation: $15.00 per hour at start / $16.00 per hour fully

climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise
level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate,
depending upon the office or meeting location.Physical Demands and
ActivitiesWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is
frequently required to communicate. The employee frequently is
required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required
to move about the office, operate a computer and other office
machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer;
rarely position self to maintain files; rarely moves boxes weighing
up to 30 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability
to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright
lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to
communicate information and ideas so others will understand and
have the ability to interact with external and internal
stakeholders.NTC Non-Exempt Operations Position The amount of work
that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients
is subject to fluctuations. Due to these fluctuations, NTC may
require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to
an area where their services are more needed by NTC.The willingness
of personnel to assist in or move to other areas within NTC, when
needed, is an important factor for the company to meet the needs of
