Job Description:
A company is looking for an E-Billing Specialist to manage
electronic billing processes and workflow.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with attorneys and assistants to gather accrual
information and submit estimates monthly
Coordinate with the Pricing Team to add new timekeepers and rates
to e-billing vendor sites
Support team members in meeting client and departmental
deadlines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years of electronic billing experience in a
professional services environment, preferably in legal or
insurance
Proficiency with billing platforms such as Serengenti, Tymetrix,
Collaborati, and Counsel Link
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
Word, and Access
Ability to work overtime as needed to fulfill job
